Tamborine Mountain is a flora and fauna sanctuary in the Gold Coast hinterland. Situated only 40 minutes from the coast and at an elevation of 550 meters the mountain is renowned for perfect climate, spectacular views, lush farmland, subtropical rain forest and country hospitality. Set amidst this natural beauty are wineries, country arts and crafts, restaurants, antique shops, galleries tearooms and nurseries.
Tamborine Trolleys are unique tram-style trolleys, purpose-built to showcase the mountain's wine trail, restaurants, antique shops and galleries, and the nature walks and views to create a unique tour experience for visitors.
Our winery tour can be booked for the morning or afternoon and includes at least three wineries. Our tour guide shares his vast wine knowledge with you and takes you behind the scenes to explain the wine making process, give you tips on wine tasting procedures, and takes the mystery out of wine terminology. You will meet some of out mountain characters and have fun sampling our Queensland Wines.
