After 10 years of being the publisher of the local Hunter Valley Dining Out and the local wine magazines and publishing 2 sell-out food & wine matching recipe books, we added some specialist Gourmet tours to our portfolio in 2008. All wineries and restaurants have been clients of us and we have many friends in the industry that will make our guests feel very welcome and you will be well looked after. Our aim is to give our guests a food & wine experience they will not find elsewhere and past guests have been delighted with the special insights we can offer on the tours we offer. We only take small groups from 2 – 8 guests and offer unique and very personalised tours.
